Our Full Service Engaged Search spans through the entire recruitment life cycle, and more.  We understand how important it is for our clients to hire the right candidate for the job and that the value received by the overall performance of that candidate far exceeds that of our fees.  As a result, we have structured our fee schedule so that the final payment is only due upon a satisfactory 6 month probationary period with the candidate and that you see a longer term with within the organization.
